Processing
& Shipping
A general picture of how orders move from checkout into processing, through dispatch, and on to their destination — written at a broad level rather than as an exact, step-by-step schedule.
Overview
Orders are handled in a reasonably straightforward way: payment is confirmed, the item is prepared, and it moves through dispatch toward its destination. This section lays out the general shape of that journey — the processing window, delivery coverage, available methods, cost calculation, tracking, customs considerations, and the general approach to parcels that arrive damaged or go missing along the way.
Each of the following sections is deliberately written at a broad level. Where a more precise answer is needed for a particular order, the appropriate step is to reach out through the contact channel described at the end.
Processing timeline
Orders typically enter processing within 1–3 business days once payment is fully confirmed. This short window covers the checks and preparations that happen before anything leaves the warehouse.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays usually begin processing on the next available business day.
- During major sales periods and holiday peaks, processing and dispatch may take a little longer. Some variation is normal, and a little patience goes a long way.
Delivery coverage
Delivery is generally available across the United States and to a selection of eligible international destinations. The list of available locations appears during checkout and may shift over time as arrangements change.
Where a particular destination does not appear at checkout, it is reasonable to ask whether an arrangement can be made. Whether it can be accommodated depends on the destination itself and on the nature of the items involved, so a definite answer is only possible once the specific case is known.
Methods & estimated windows
All listed windows are estimates counted from the dispatch date rather than the order date. Delays may arise from weather, carrier volume, or customs clearance procedures for international parcels.
Domestic delivery
- Standard: 5–10 business days
- Expedited: 2–5 business days
Cross-border delivery
Estimated transit: 7–20 business days. The actual range varies by distance, routing, and clearance handling.
Cost calculation
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed clearly before payment is submitted. The calculation rests on three general factors:
- The full destination address
- The delivery service selected
- The total weight and dimensional size of the ordered items
Qualifying orders may receive free shipping; any such promotion appears on the checkout page before payment is submitted.
Tracking
Once a parcel leaves the warehouse, a shipping confirmation containing a unique tracking reference is normally sent to the email address on file.
Tracking data commonly takes 24–72 hours to appear and begin updating on carrier platforms. If tracking does not appear immediately after the confirmation, checking again a short while later is usually all that is needed.
Customs, duties & import tax
For shipments delivered outside the United States:
- Local customs duties, import taxes, clearance surcharges, and other administrative fees may be imposed by the regional customs authority on arrival.
- Such additional charges fall to the recipient and are not covered by product pricing or the base shipping fee.
It is worth checking local tax and duty rules before placing an international order, so the final landed cost is clear in advance.
Carriers
Delivery is handled through recognised logistics partners that provide tracking and reasonable reliability for both domestic and cross-border shipments.
The specific provider used for a given parcel may vary depending on destination, service selected, and the size or nature of the items. Once a parcel is in transit, any tracking details that become available can usually be followed.
Addresses & failed deliveries
Please confirm the full and accurate delivery address before completing checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, changing the address is generally not possible.
- If a parcel comes back due to invalid, misspelled, or incomplete information, any re-shipping cost falls to the recipient.
- If a scheduled delivery attempt is missed, a notice is normally left with instructions for collection or re-delivery.
Damaged or lost parcels
Packaging is checked before dispatch. If a parcel arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, a claim can be submitted within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date.
Including the order reference and clear photos of the packaging or affected items helps resolve the matter more quickly. A suitable remedy is normally provided once the details have been reviewed.
Enquiries
Questions about processing timelines, delivery estimates, tracking, international rules, address corrections, or damaged and lost parcels can be raised through the contact channel provided elsewhere on this site. A reply is normally provided within a reasonable timeframe during regular operating hours.
